Eastsound Village

A mixed use project located on Orcas Island, Washington, Eastsound Village features a pair of tower entry structures and other buildings framing a small boulevard which leads to the Alder Forest Cottages. The mixed use buildings provide retail and office space on the first floor with residential space above. Sustainable storm water catchment is accommodated through the use of rain gardens in the boulevard and active catchment for roof run-off.

Apple Tree Cove Neighborhood

The Apple Tree Cove Neighborhood is a collection of attached and detached single family residences located on the beach in Apple Tree Cove in Kingston, Washington. The decidedly modern low hip roof forms create a well scaled, very protective living environment for residents of the neighborhood. The buildings all face water and Mt. Rainier beyond, are within walking distance to the core of Kingston, and the ferry to Edmonds and Seattle. The buildings include two bedroom and three bedroom units with detached garages.
