Dreaming of Summer

This perfectly sited Bainbridge Island boat house serves as a great escape from the bleak winter landscape of this current season.  The compact boat house evokes the essence of summer; warm rays of sunshine, the lazy breezes, and the gentle sound of the waves lapping on the shore. With it’s crisp classic lines in conjunction with the contemporary simplicity of the form and details, the boat house acts as the ideal gateway between earth and sea.

Eastsound Village

In spite of the economic hardships of the construction industry in small, rural communities particularly, Eastsound Village on Orcas Island continues to forge ahead.  The construction of the first of two matching gateway buildings is currently 70% complete.  The building will house approximately 2,500 square feet of light commercial space for office or retail functions and a second story residential unit ideal for vacation stays in charming Eastsound or as a primary residence for local in-town living. Solstice Party!
